We have a monthly membership program geared specifically to our member only pricing. The prices that you see on our website are exclusive to NikkiDarling.com customers and are not reflective of the prices in our retail stores.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

It may take approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 2 to 15 additional business days to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. We do not provide expedited service.

All sale items purchased at a reduced price are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes do not work on sale items.

Nikkidarling.com may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled if item or items are out of stock. In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Nikkidarling.com will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock. You will not be charged for the removed items. If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want in order to reorder them.

In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address. Cost: To be determined at time of shipping. You can choose Ground: (UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.) You can choose Express: (UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.) Please note that it may be longer for UPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves Nikkidarling.com.

UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A P.O. Box addresses, orders will be automatically canceled if there’s no valid street address.

Gift cards can be purchased online in various denominations from $20.00 – $1,000.00. You can buy multiples of each denomination.

Gift cards can be used at our physical location and online. Recipients that would like to place an online order must call in with their gift card number and a coupon code will be issued with the same amount to be able to be used with our website. Second, select the items that are desired to be purchased and write down the names of the items with SKU numbers and prices. Recipients of gift card should not place their Gift Card Order on the internet, because the total of the entire order will be charged to their credit card without reflecting the gift card. *Please note, that gift cards are handled as legal tender. Therefore, if a gift card is lost, a replacement cannot be issued.

What is your return policy? NikkiDarling.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs. When making a return and/or exchange for web credit please fully complete Return Form enclosed with order. *Please reference Web Credit section below* Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as a return. If shoes are not returned in original box, you will receive $10.00 less credit from your order. All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery. PLEASE NOTE – the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless nikkidarling.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

ATTN: Returns/Exchanges 227 A Mitchell St., SW Atlanta, GA 30303 Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by DHL, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.

You may only cancel your order via telephone up to the time the order is shipped. You cannot cancel your order via email. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from NikkiDarling.com. NikkiDarling.com may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled because the item or items are out of stock.
